How Shipping Works on Moddet

Moddet is a curated multi-vendor marketplace. This means your order may contain items from different vendors, each of whom fulfils and ships their own orders independently. This shipping policy sets out what you can expect when ordering from Moddet.

Dispatch Times

Most items are dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order being placed. Dispatch times for individual vendors are displayed on each product listing. Please note:

Some vendors on Moddet operate a pre-order or made to order model — dispatch times for these items may be significantly longer and will be clearly stated on the product listing before you purchase. Please review this carefully before completing your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control are not the responsibility of Moddet or its vendors. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Some vendors ship to selected destinations only. Shipping availability for each vendor is confirmed at checkout. See the vendor shipping information section below for full details.

Please note that some vendors on the Moddet platform ship from outside the UK. Delivery times and customs responsibilities for these vendors are clearly stated on individual product listings.

Multiple Vendors in One Order

If your order contains items from more than one vendor, your items will arrive in separate parcels and may arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking notifications for each parcel. This is completely normal — please do not be concerned if only part of your order arrives first.

Please note that orders containing items from multiple vendors may incur separate shipping charges, as each vendor ships independently from their own location. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the vendor fulfilling it. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an automatic email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly with the courier. If you have not received a tracking notification within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@moddet.co.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders being delivered outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are imposed by your local customs authority and are entirely outside of our control. Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes. Moddet and its vendors are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Please be aware that refusing to pay customs charges may result in your parcel being returned or destroyed by the courier. In these circumstances refunds may not be issued or may be subject to deductions for return shipping costs. Please familiarise yourself with your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at hello@moddet.co with your order number. We will liaise with the relevant vendor and courier on your behalf to locate your parcel. Please allow the following timeframes before reporting a missing parcel:

• UK orders: 10 working days after dispatch
• International orders: 25 working days after dispatch

Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned to the vendor due to a failed delivery attempt, incorrect address provided at checkout, or failure to collect — return shipping costs may be deducted from any refund issued. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

Estimated delivery to UK: 5–10 business days after dispatch
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout
Please note: DTwo Designs ships from Bahrain. International customs charges are the customer's responsibility. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched

The Tunic Shop

Ships from: Canada
Ships to: Worldwide
Estimated delivery to UK: 12–16 business days after dispatch
Estimated delivery to USA & Canada: 5–12 business days after dispatch
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on order weight
Shipping partners: Canada Post, DHL, USPS
Please note: International customs charges are the customer's responsibility. Orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled once placed. If your tracking states 'delivered' but you have not received your parcel, contact hello@moddet.co within 72 hours

Pre-order model: Orders are made to order and dispatched approximately 4–8 weeks after the pre-order window closes. You will be notified by email if your delivery window changes
